About Us
Having been the onsite manager at Westminster House since 2017, our founder, Grace, has been building a supportive and engaging community among the residents. Through her work, she noticed that many residents were not receiving adequate support from large companies, prioritising income over individuals. As a result, Grace decided to start her own service provider company aimed at prioritising individuals.
In 2022, Phoenix 360 Degree Service started operating out of Westminster House Robina on the Gold Coast. We are offering services to support those living with disabilities and mental health problems.
Our mission is to help people living with disabilities achieve their goals, become active members in their local community, improve independence, and move their dreams to reality. If you, or someone you care for, requires day-to-day assistance, help with their NDIS plan or new accommodation, we can help!
